- High quality meals designed to serve older South Carolinians. Unique in that food is prepared the same day as delivered, thus requiring significant equipment and staff.
- Employs 100 + predominantly older individuals. Median age is 54.

 Volunteer Board of Directors who do not receive compensation for their services.
- Meals meet 1/3 of the USDA Recommended Dietary Allowance for individuals over 51 years of age.
- Meals meet the Older Americans Act federal requirement as well as South Carolina State Unit on Aging's meal pattern specifications.
- Meals meet the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program, administered
by S.C. Department of Social Services.
- Approximately 75% of the business is the service to the elderly nutrition programs throughout South Carolina. Of these meals about half are eaten at congregate dining sites and half are delivered by the local Councils on Aging to the home bound elderly as Meals on Wheels.
